I always thought models had it easy. I mean, how hard is it to pose and smile in front of the camera, right? That was until I got a text from my makeup artist friend Tippy asking if I can do a shoot for him and his photographer friend, Mezarc. Thinking that I would help with the styling of the pictorial, I replied with a:

Oh, boy. I knew I was in for an interesting afternoon as soon as I arrived at Tippy's studio. Being used to behind-the-scenes, I had no idea how to pose. So I did the next best thing--be myself. Tippy originally had an idea having a high-fashion-no-smiling layout for me, but being the happy-happy-joy-joy girl that I am, they decided to give me a "toothpaste commercial layout". So a few hours and a stiff neck later, here are the results:
